Wearing & Fitting Instructions:

(1) If you intend to wear the foot drop splint inside of your shoe, it is better to use Sports Shoes which are about 1 or 2 Sizes bigger than your normal sports shoes/sandals for better comfort.

(2) Custom Fit: If the splint is slightly wider or bigger, you can get it cut with the help of a local cobbler or the nearest Orthopaedic Hospital.

(3) It is likely that the splint may remain slightly smaller than your foot, which is fine. It will still be able to support your drop foot.

(4) Tighten the straps optimally, such that the straps are not too tight or not too loose, for the best comfort.

(5) You may have to remove the insole from the shoe you want to use it with. If your foot tends to swell a bit, then it is advisable to get shoes that are about 1 or 2 sizes bigger. Try first with your normal sports shoes/sandals.
