Ingredients: Rice pasta, tomatoes, onion, green peas, ginger-garlic paste, cumin seeds, coriander powder, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, salt, vegetable oil, and fresh coriander leaves. Instructions: Cook rice pasta and set aside. In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds. Saut onion until translucent, then add ginger-garlic paste. Add tomatoes and cook until they soften. Stir in spices (coriander powder, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala), add green peas, and cook until peas are tender. Mix in the cooked rice pasta and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
