• Add our best quality saffron treads in cup of hot milk or lukewarm water and let it soak till it leaves the colour. More you soak, better the colour and flavor would be! This infusion can then be added to dish to flavor. Please remember not to use cold milk or water for soaking saffron threads.
• Directions for Use: Please note that it is important to do proper extraction in order to get flavor, aroma and colour of saffron. This needs minimum of 20 minutes of contact of saffron threads with hot liquids. Overnight soaking is also suggested for optimal results. Safety information: Store in a cool, dry and dark place. Refrigeration would help extend product life
