• The current batch is of Andhra variety, and comes from our own small associate farm in the South. This Fennel (Saunf/Variyali) pack a strong flavour punch; they lend a strong aroma when hand pounded or milled.
• As farmers, we are conscious of the harm that excessive chemical fertilizers and pesticides can do to nature and to us. We use only organically grown spices processed without the use of toxic pesticides, radiation, or genetically engineered products
• Our products are strictly grown for domestic use and not for any commercial purpose, where only the surplus is collected and traditionally processed from collection to drying to packaging. We make all our spices powdered in a very traditional way, and don't extract any oils from our spices. We also don't use any kind of preservatives, additives etc. on our spices. Our Products are Certified Organic.

Fennel is a biennial, aromatic, stout, glabrous, 1.5 to 1.8 mtr high. The ripe fruit (seed) is small, oblong, cylindrical, 6.8mm long, straight or slightly curved, greenish yellow, deeply furrowed, 5 ridged and having agreeable aroma. Our products are certified 100% and made out of naturally grown produce picked from the valleys in India, we also source organic produce directly from the farms, and we have other carefully selected spices and herbs sourced from around the globe.
