Fullkhar comes in the form of cube which is white in color. To check the quality you can poke a nail in the middle. If it penetrates easily then the quality is good. If it is too tough to poke then its a bad quality. Fullkhar is seasoning that is used in the making of papad traditionally used in khichu.
