- HANDPICKED GROUNDNUTS: Our high-quality groundnuts are proudly grown in India. We traverse hundreds of kilometres and source our groundnuts directly from the farmers of Erode and Hosur region, Tamil Nadu. We handpick our groundnuts, ensure that they're thoroughly cleaned and that their shells are removed. We then let the groundnuts sun-dry for a few days to provide better taste and aroma before pressing them to obtain groundnut oil.
- WOOD PRESSED OIL: Our Wood Pressed Groundnut Oil is pure, vegan, preservative-free, chemical-free, & gluten-free. We press the groundnuts in wooden Kolhus at a low temperature. We use cold-press technology to ensure that the nutrients remain intact. Then, we let the oil sit for sedimentation for 2-3 days. Following this, we sieve filter the groundnut oil.
- GROUNDNUT OIL NUTRITION: Our cold-pressed groundnut oil retains all naturally occurring nutrients. It is high in monounsaturated fat, omega-6 fatty acids, vitamin E, and a good source of antioxidants.
- HOW TO CONSUME: Due to its high smoke point, our Wood Pressed Groundnut Oil is ideal for sauteing or deep frying.
- LAB-TESTED OIL: We comply with 17 FSSAI mandated parameters for testing groundnut oil, and make sure that every batch of our cold-pressed groundnut oil undergoes strict quality checks.
- STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Our Wood Pressed Groundnut Oil is best stored in a cool and dry place with the lid tightly closed. We use our high-quality glass bottles for longer shelf life, to preserve quality and taste and as a safer, non-toxic alternative to plastic.
